By using Aspirenet, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

You must be at least 18 years old to use Aspirenet. By creating an account, you confirm you meet this requirement.

• Credential security. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
• Account activity. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Accurate information. You must provide accurate information when registering.
• Authentic brand profiles. If you use a Brand account, you must not fabricate profile details or use the name, logo, business information, verification details, or other identifying information of another company or brand.
• Authentic creator profiles. If you use a Creator account, you must not fabricate profile details or claim to be another person, creator, public figure, or organization.

You agree not to:

• Send spam, harassment, threats, or illegal content.
• Share content that infringes intellectual property rights.
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or data.
• Use the app to distribute malware or conduct unauthorized data collection.
• Impersonate another person or organization.

• Ownership. You retain ownership of content you send, including messages, files, audio, and images.
• Limited license. By uploading content, you grant Aspirenet a limited license to store and transmit it solely to deliver the service.
• No claim. We do not claim ownership of your content.
• Your responsibility. You are solely responsible for the content you share.

Aspirenet provides real-time messaging, file sharing, audio messages, and presence indicators. These features are provided as-is. We do not read or monitor private messages except where required by law.

Your use of Aspirenet is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, store, and use your data.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, without prior notice. If we determine that a Brand account has fabricated profile details or used another company's or brand's identity, or that a Creator account has impersonated another person or organization, we may terminate the account indefinitely. This may apply even if the account has passed a platform verification check.

Aspirenet is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aspirenet is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
